We use the criteria described by Delgado and Gutiérrez (1995) as justification for choosing the semi-structured interview as the source of data collection, which are the following: 1. To get to know a sociocultural unit you can resort to the interrogation of its members. 2. Each member is a global synthesis carrying the dominant facts and norms of that social unit.
